Opening it the first time

Jurastic Meter is not signed with an Apple Developer ID, so macOS can't check who made it and stops it the first time. You only need to allow it once.

  1. Open the downloaded zip and drag Jurastic Meter into your Applications folder.

  2. Double-click Jurastic Meter. macOS says it could not verify it: press Done.

  3. Open System Settings › Privacy & Security and scroll down to Security. Next to “Jurastic Meter” was blocked, press Open Anyway and enter your Mac's password.

  4. Press Open Anyway once more, then allow audio input when macOS asks.

On macOS 14 or earlier: Control-click Jurastic Meter in Applications, choose Open, then press Open. After installing a new version, macOS may ask again.
